信州の郷土料理、「おやき」と「戸隠そば」をご自身で作ってみませんか！

茅葺き屋根の古民家宿やきもち家で「おやき」を作り、戸隠そば博物館とんくるりんで「戸隠そば」を打つ、信州の郷土料理を手作りする体験ツアーはいかがですか？
「おやき」は地元のおやき名人が、「戸隠そば」はそば打ち指導員が懇切丁寧に作り方をお教えします。

Weekday limitation “Local culinary specialties of Shinshu” Experience plan

This plan which can making-experience “Oyaki” and “Togakushi Soba”.

1.you can experience making “Oyaki” by “Yakimochiya”.”Yakimochiya” is a house of the traditional “KAYABUKIYANE” (thatch roof)
2.Furthermore, can experience making a “Soba” by Togakushi “Soba” museum.

Expert teaches kindly carefully, respectively.
